What is Zartar?

Zartar is an herbal blend belonging to the Arab world since time immemorial. It is made from freshly dried thyme leaves, but has several other additives, such as sesame seeds, natural salt, sumac, and depending on the blender, some other natural ingredients.

The ancients all held thyme is high esteem as the bees love it for their honey making. More than that:

? The Greeks used it as temple incense and as a bath additive. The believed it gave you courage when eaten.
? The Romans used it to purify their homes
? Medieval Europeans used it under their pillow to ward off nightmares

Zartar as a Brainpower Booster

Besides all the uses and qualities above, the Arabs believed, and still do, that a meal containing Zartar will bring to the consumer the added benefit of a clear mind, good memory, and steady nerves.

Does it work? You could argue with history, or try it yourself and decide. It's easy enough

Breakfast of Zartar

You need to buy Zartar naturally, and it should be found in any Middle-Eastern food shop. Such shops are plentiful around the world.

Since Zartar is consumer by the whole of the Arab community, any of their food shops will have Zartar, or they can tell you where to buy it.

You will need some fresh oriental bread, either leavened or unleavened, some extra virgin olive oil and Zartar. Also, strong black tea or rich sweet coffee can accompany the meal.

You will need two small bowls, one for the oil and one for the Zartar. Place a bit of oil in one and the Zartar in the other.

Now break off a small bit of bread and dip it in the oil, and then quickly to the Zartar. Now eat the bread and chew well. The taste is very distinctive, and pleasant. Have a sip of coffee or tea.

Eat till you half full, and then stop.

In two hours, as the food is digested you will notice your mind is very clear, your memory open, and a new alertness.

This is a healthy and wholesome breakfast and good habit, Eat it often. You will be pleasantly surprised with the result. You have supercharged your brainpower naturally and are ready to perform at your best
