Avoid Having a Lack Of Vitamins With Female Basic Multiple

Wouldnt it be absolutely great if there were a supplement out there in the market that specifically caters to a womans basic nutritional needs? Well, thats where the Female Basic Multiple comes in, since it carries all the vitamins and minerals that a woman needs, all packed into a single bottle.

Listed below are the important vitamins that Female Basic Multiple carries.

Iron

Iron is used by the body in terms of the red blood cells function of transporting oxygen. It is also used in promoting a healthy immune defense system and central nervous system. Being that a woman menstruates every month and loses around an average of 15-20 milligrams of iron, it is indeed one of the essential vitamins that a woman needs.

Pantothenic Acid

Pantothenic acid, also known as vitamin B5, is a B-complex water-soluble vitamin that is essential for maintaining and improving bodily processes, such as cellular metabolism. It is also responsible for the release of energy from carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, in addition to the synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and fatty acids. There were some studies that have shown that it was able to reduce blood cholesterol in people with diabetes. On top of its ability to maintain a healthy nervous system, pantothenic acid is also beneficial for the skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver.

Vitamin A

Being a fat-soluble vitamin, Vitamin A is used by the body for the purpose of maintaining bodily functions such as cell division and bone growth, among others. Aside from this, it can also regulate the immune system while keeping the surfaces of the eyes, respiratory, urinary, and intestinal tracts healthy, and at the same time prevent infections.

Vitamin C

A water-soluble substance, Vitamin C is commonly recognized as ascorbic acid. Vitamin C in Female Basic Multiple functions as an antioxidant and offers protection in terms of neutralizing free radical damage in the body. In turn, it also has the ability to prevent the build-up of harmful byproducts, as well as lessen the risks of a person getting heart disease.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble substance and is extremely vital especially for females. There are basically 8 types of Vitamin E, with each kind having a different effect that would help in maintaining and keeping bodily functions very healthy.

Being an antioxidant, Vitamin E can also aid the body in terms of protecting it against free radical damage or oxidative stress, thereby boosting the bodys immune defense system. In one study of 121,000 female registered nurses, the risk of coronary artery disease in women who took vitamin E supplements was about 40 percent lower than those who did not take vitamin E supplements.1

Vitamin D

Earlier this month, a joint Canadian/American team led by Dr. Holick confirmed that post-menopausal women who have osteoporosis or are at risk of developing it, do not have enough vitamin D in their bodies.2

Generally, the body is able to obtain natural Vitamin D from exposure to sunlight. However, Vitamin D in supplement form is much better, due to the free radical damage that can be caused by the UV rays of the sun.

Vitamin D is another fat-soluble substance that is also found in Female Basic Multiple for the express purpose of being able to maintain the normal calcium metabolism in the body. If Vitamin D were not present in the body, calcium will not be properly absorbed by the bone, which can lead to weak bones, teeth, or worse, in osteoporosis.

Vitamin B2

Also called Riboflavin, Vitamin B2 is essential for the body since it is used for biochemical processes such as the metabolism of amino acids, fatty acids, and carbohydrates. Aside from this, Vitamin B6 is also dependent on this vitamin for its functions. It can also yield good effects for the skin, hair, and nails.

I am a firm believer in supplementing with supplements to prevent diesease. I understand that it is hard to choose supplements that you can trust, but whenever a company has a money back guarantee it is easy to say they trust their product and you should know to trust them.
