When mentoring and Coaching up and coming Entrepreneurs online one should be careful to stop duplicating their answers, but rather start compiling the questions and answers into bite size articles and then storing them on a reputable online article submission site. This way when someone asks you a question you can simply forward them to the right answer already pre-written and then allow them to formulate a deeper question along that thought and then write another article until you have several hundred articles on the subject and once you do it sure makes life a whole lot easier. In fact you can help 100 times as many people in the same amount of time as re-explaining everything over and over to one person that you are coaching and or mentoring. I usually tell those who want my expertise upfront that; I will answer their questions provided that they understand that I may also use these questions and answers in articles that I write, which may help other people in other states and countries as well. Why well because when you are mentoring bright up and coming young folks who are hard-working smart humans they generally ask lot of very good questions, which leads to information other people also would like to know. So, I tell them to send me your questions. Even if their area is a unique market and perhaps much different then other places for a particular business model, it still makes sense to make these questions and answers into articles for the rest of the world.
